How You Can Help

Thank you for your interest in supporting the University of Florida Child Advocacy Center (UFCAC). There are many ways to support our team and the children and the families we serve. We are always accepting donations of financial and material goods. But know, there are other ways of supporting the UFCAC. If you would like to make a financial and/or material Donation please refer to our Wish List.

Become a Hero

The number one way to support the UFCAC is by spreading awareness about the truths and facts concerning Child Abuse. This will allow more community involvement in ending the abuse. To be a Hero:

  • Educate yourself about child abuse and neglect.
  • Recognize the physical, emotional, and mental symptoms of abuse.
  • Take a stand and make a report! If you suspect a child is being abused or neglected, call the Abuse Hotline at 1-800-96-ABUSE

A special thank you to our inter-agency partners, the University of Florida Child Advocacy Center could not be the safe and supportive place without you!

Volunteer & Intern

As a non-profit organization, the contribution of volunteers and internships are essential. Our children and families greatly benefit from having a larger support system. Volunteers are utilized from assisting in fundraising and events to becoming a Victim Advocate.

Donate to Our Wish List

Support from our community is critical to continue to offer services to children and their families. Our wish list includes items that would be most useful for the children that we serve.
